We started helping our neighbors before we started a company. Watching each other's homes. Looking after pets. Showing up when storms came and things broke and nobody else was around. Avenir Home, Pet & Property is the formal version of what we already do — for the neighborhood we already live in.

Most home watch companies sell inspections. We're not interested in inspections. We're interested in being the person you call when your AC alarm goes off, when the dog needs out, when a storm is coming, or when a vendor needs to get in.
Home Watch
Regular visits while you're away. Eyes on the things that matter — leaks, AC, security, packages, weather. Photo reports after every visit. A real person on the other end of the phone.
Pet Care
Dog walks, drop-in visits, feeding, medication, routine. Your pets stay in their home, on their schedule, with someone they've already met.
Storm Services
Pre-season readiness, storm prep when one's coming, and a check on your home when it passes. We're already here. We don't have to drive in from somewhere else.
Concierge Coordination
Vendor access, deliveries, arrival prep, and small home tasks & fixes — the things that pile up when you're not around or don't have time to deal with. One contact, not five.

We live where you live.
Sherry and David are in Windgate. Tina is in Watermark. When you call, we're already in the neighborhood — not driving in from somewhere else.
We only serve Avenir.
That's a choice. A tight radius means we can actually know your home, your pets, your routines, and your vendors. We're not trying to cover Palm Beach County.
We keep our capacity small on purpose.
We cap how many homes we take on so the relationship stays real. If we don't have room, we'll say so.

Fill out a short form. We'll reach out within a day to set up a time.
We come over.
We walk through your home together, learn about your pets, your routines, your concerns. No pressure. No sales pitch. You're deciding if we're a fit. So are we.
We send you a plan.
After the visit, we follow up with what we'd recommend and what it costs. If it works for you, we set up access and get started.
