Terms of Service

These terms govern the services provided by Avenir Home, Pet & Property Care LLC (“Avenir,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to residents of the Avenir community in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. By requesting or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

We provide home watch, pet care, storm services, and concierge coordination, each tailored to your home and described in more detail on our Services page. The specific services, schedule, and pricing for your home are agreed upon during your Meet & Greet and confirmed in writing before work begins.

Scheduling & Access

Visits are scheduled in advance and confirmed with you. You are responsible for providing accurate access instructions, alarm codes, keys, and any pet care details we need to serve your home safely. If access is unavailable or instructions are incomplete, we may be unable to complete a scheduled visit and will notify you as soon as practicable.

Visit Reports & Documentation

For home watch visits, we provide photo reports documenting what we observed. These reports are for your information and peace of mind. They are not substitutes for a professional inspection, and we do not guarantee the detection of every possible issue.

Payment & Billing

Service plans and pricing are tailored to each home and finalized at your Meet & Greet. Payment terms, including amounts, frequency, and accepted methods, will be agreed upon before services begin. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due per the schedule outlined in your service agreement.

Cancellation

You may cancel a scheduled visit or service with reasonable notice as described in your service agreement. We may also need to reschedule visits due to weather, safety, or circumstances outside our control, and will communicate with you promptly when that happens.

Liability

We take our responsibility for your home and pets seriously and carry appropriate insurance. However, our services are not a substitute for homeowner's insurance, and we are not responsible for events or conditions beyond our control, including pre-existing damage, hidden defects, acts of nature, or failures of home systems we do not maintain. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to a claim.

Independent Contractors

When we coordinate vendors or contractors on your behalf, those parties act as independent contractors, not as our employees or agents. We coordinate and communicate, but we are not responsible for the work performed by third-party vendors unless separately agreed in writing.

Acceptable Use

You agree to provide accurate information, to authorize only lawful requests, and to maintain any access credentials you share with us appropriately. We may decline to provide services that fall outside our scope or that we believe may create a safety risk.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date below and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
