When we provide services to your home, we may also collect information needed to access and care for your property, such as access instructions, alarm codes, pet care routines, and visit notes. Our home watch visits include photo reports, which may show interior and exterior areas of your home.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and schedule Meet & Greet visits.
  • Deliver and coordinate the services you request, including home watch, pet care, storm services, and concierge coordination.
  • Send you visit reports, status updates, and service-related communications.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, or delivery personnel you authorize us to work with.
  • Maintain records of access protocols, visit logs, and consent so we can serve your home consistently and safely.

Text Message Communications

With your consent, we may send SMS text messages to the phone number you provide about your request, scheduled visits, and service updates. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at the information below. We will not condition the provision of any service on your consent to receive text messages.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide our services: with vendors or contractors you authorize us to coordinate on your behalf, and with service providers who help us operate our business (such as communication tools). We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide services to you and to maintain accurate records of visits, access, and consent. If you are no longer an active client, we will retain records as reasonably necessary for our business and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including limiting access to authorized team members and storing access protocols and visit records securely. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using appropriate safeguards.
